(company) having IČ: 02649772 undertakes that the collection, processing, and storage of personal data (which includes personal information and sensitive personal information) gathered from its users shall be in accordance with all pertinent laws, rules, and regulations on data privacy, which includes the Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules and regulations in order to protect and respect your data privacy.

The company adopts reasonable and appropriate organizational, physical, and technical security measures for the protection of personal data against unauthorized access, use, processing, modification or alteration, disclosure, destruction or other similar risks. Access to the said data shall be limited to personnel who are duly authorized and who are required to process the same by virtue of the performance of their functions.
Retention of your personal data shall be subject to the pertinent provisions of the Data Privacy Act and its implementing rules and regulations, and other applicable laws, rules and regulations on data privacy. Furthermore, your personal data shall not be retained longer than necessary for the attainment of the purpose(s) for which said data were collected. At any time, you can request for your Suyo account to be closed and all your personal data linked to the app to be deleted from all relevant databases. You will then no longer have an account and will be unable to use the app unless you register a new one. Registering a new Suyo account with the same Facebook account will not restore your past data — profile, transaction history, and account activity.
